Since 1983...

Franklin Back and Joint Care started off as a small chiropractic office on Central Street in downtown Franklin, Mass. in 1983, an office once occupied by the friendly face of Dr. Pastorello.

Dr. Nicholas Julian, who first opened the office, is one of the few chiropractors in the area who has developed a good rapport with many of the area physicians, has treated thousands of local community members, and is a member of the Milford Chamber of Commerce, Hopedale Business Network International (BNI), and Rotary Club. His experience in the field of chiropractic, his training in light-force techniques known as Activator Methods, his network of healthcare practitioners, and his leadership in the community makes him a valuable member of our office.

In the more recent history of our practice, Dr. Nick Julian’s brother, Dr. Craig Julian, also a chiropractor, joined in 2001. He brings with him a concentration in pediatric chiropractic and sports therapy. Dr. Craig Julian is also a member of the Milford Chamber of Commerce and Franklin BNI chapters and has given Spinal Health Talks at Milford Library, Sunbridge Rehabilitation Center, Milford Middle School, and Powerhouse Gym in Bellingham.

In 2004, a second office was opened in the town of Milford. We purchased a high-frequency x-ray machine for this office to accommodate our patients, and use as a valuable diagnostic tool. After 25 years on Central Street, we relocated our Franklin office to Pond Street, providing us with a bigger and more conveniently located office space.

We have built a strong healthcare network that includes local massage therapists, acupuncturists, medical physicians, neurologists, podiatrists, personal trainers and gymnasiums, holistic health counselors, registered dieticians, and even other chiropractors.
