Custom Massage

Using a variety of techniques including Swedish and deep tissue strokes, range of motion, stretching, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and foot reflexology; this customized treatment will relieve your soreness and tension and create a deep sense of relaxation.

Polarity Therapy

Gentle healing energy treatment which works to bring your physical, mental and spiritual bodies into balance. Your aura and chakras are cleansed and strengthened, leaving you with an overall sense of clarity and well being. The use of crystals are included in the session.

Holistic Massage

A combination of our Custom Massage and Polarity Therapy to give you the ultimate in deep relaxation.

Prenatal Massage

Specific techniques are used to calm expectant mothers and help ease common pregnancy issues such as low back/sciatic pain, leg cramps, edema, and lack of sleep.
