Chiropractic Wellness

More often than not, when we tell someone that we are a chiropractic office, they immediately associate our vocation with neck and/or back pain. What many do not realize, however, is that chiropractic is a health care modality that provides significantly more than just a solution for pain.

Chiropractic is a lifestyle that involves all aspects of wellness, including exercise, nutrition, personal development, and stress relief. We have been fortunate to work with people from all walks of life (including newborns, children, and adolescents) and the outcome has been miraculous.

Structural Correction

Have you ever seen an elderly person whose upper back is severely hunched? Did they just wake up like that one day? Or did their condition develop over time, through the accumulation of trauma and stress on their spine?

Believe it or not, but years of poor posture (slouching or sitting for long hours, whether in front of your computer or in your car) progressively causes your spine to shift out of normal alignment. These spinal shifts can lead to debilitating conditions such as bulging or ruptured discs, migraine headaches, muscular imbalance or early joint degeneration.

Scolosis

About 3 out of every 100 people have some form of scoliosis, which is the abnormal curvature of the spine. If caught early, scoliosis can be helped and even reduced through chiropractic care—without the need of a brace or surgery. Scoliosis often goes unnoticed in its early stages and gets harder to treat in later stages. Early detection and correction is critical for successful treatment, so why wait?
